Understanding the frequencies of our bodies

Updated: Oct 16, 2023

WHAT ARE FREQUENCIES?

  • Frequency refers to the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit of time. It is a measure of how often a wave oscillates or repeats its pattern in a given time frame.

  • The standard unit of frequency is Hertz (Hz), which represents one oscillation or cycle per second.

The human body generates and interacts with a wide range of frequencies.

These frequencies are associated with various biological processes and can be measured in different ways. For instance:

  • Cellular Vibrations: At the cellular level, various biochemical processes involve frequencies. For example, the vibrations of atoms and molecules within cells can be measured in terahertz (THz) frequencies.

  • Bioelectromagnetic Fields: The body emits electromagnetic fields, and different organs and tissues have specific frequencies associated with them.

EXPLORING THE DEPTHS OF FREQUENCY LEVELS

When considering the levels of frequency from stress to happiness, it's important to note that frequencies are subjective and can vary from person to person.

However, we can generally describe a spectrum of frequencies associated with these emotional states:

Because the Law Of Vibration tells us that lighter, more joyful emotions vibrate at a much higher frequency than denser emotions like fear and hate, it stands to reason that focusing on raising your vibration is key to manifesting positive outcomes and circumstances.

ASSOCIATION FEELINGS AND FREQUENCIES

  • 1. Stress/Anxiety: Stress is often associated with lower frequencies. It involves a state of tension, worry, and overwhelm. Stress can manifest as a contracted energy that feels heavy and draining. Emotions such as anger, fear, guilt, and shame are associated with lower frequencies. These feelings are believed to lower one's energy and create imbalances.

  • 2. Frustration: Moving along the spectrum, frustration represents a slightly higher frequency. It involves feelings of annoyance, impatience, or dissatisfaction. Frustration can create a sense of restlessness and agitation.

  • 3. Calmness: Calmness brings a shift towards higher frequencies. It involves a state of tranquillity, relaxation, and inner peace. Calmness allows for a release of stress and a sense of grounding.

  • 4. Contentment: Contentment represents a higher frequency on the spectrum. It involves a feeling of satisfaction, gratitude, and being at ease with the present moment. Contentment brings a sense of fulfilment and harmony.

  • 5. Happiness/Joy: As we progress further, happiness and joy emerge with even higher frequencies. These emotional states are characterized by positive emotions, enthusiasm, and a sense of well-being. Happiness and joy bring an expanded and uplifting energy.

  • 6. Bliss/Ecstasy: At the highest end of the spectrum, we find states of bliss and ecstasy. These experiences are associated with the highest frequencies. Bliss is a transcendent state of pure joy, profound peace, and deep fulfilment. It involves a sense of interconnectedness and profound alignment with the universe. Often associated with the highest frequency, love is considered a high-vibrational emotion. Unconditional love, compassion, and empathy are believed to vibrate at the highest frequencies.

HOW TO RAISE YOUR FREQUENCIES

Here are several approaches that individuals may consider to raise their vibrations, focusing on mental, emotional, and physical well-being:

  1. Practice Gratitude: Cultivate gratitude by appreciating the positive aspects of your life. Keeping a gratitude journal or simply reflecting on things you're thankful for can elevate your mood and energy.

  2. Positive Affirmations: Use positive affirmations to challenge and control negative thoughts. Repeating positive phrases can shift your mindset and increase your overall positivity.

  3. Meditation and Mindfulness: Engage in meditation or mindfulness practices to calm your mind, reduce stress, and increase your awareness of the present moment.

  4. Healthy Diet: Nourish your body with a balanced diet rich in whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and water. Avoiding excessive caffeine, sugar, and processed foods can contribute to overall well-being.

  5. Regular Exercise: Engage in regular physical activity, whether it's yoga, jogging, dancing, or any form of exercise you enjoy. Exercise not only boosts physical health but also enhances mental and emotional well-being.

  6. Connect with Nature: Spend time outdoors, immerse yourself in nature, and enjoy the natural world. Nature has a calming and grounding effect that can raise your spirits.

  7. Creative Expression: Engage in creative activities such as painting, writing, music, or any form of artistic expression. Creativity can provide a sense of fulfilment and joy.

  8. Healthy Relationships: Surround yourself with positive, supportive people who uplift and inspire you. Healthy relationships contribute significantly to emotional well-being.

  9. Forgiveness: Practice forgiveness to release negative emotions and grudges. Forgiving others and yourself can free up mental and emotional energy.

  10. Random Acts of Kindness: Perform acts of kindness for others without expecting anything in return. Helping others can create a sense of fulfilment and increase your positive energy.

  11. Energy Healing Practices: Explore energy healing practices like Reiki, acupuncture, or bio resonance therapy (for Instance Healy Device), to balance energy fields and promote overall well-being.
